2018 PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
FOR STUDENT LAPTOPS



SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS & SENIORS

NO PARENT REQUIRED PARENT MUST SIGN LAPTOP CARE & SUPPORT AGREEMENT, MUST PAY MAINTENANCE FEE OR BRING LIABILITY WAIVER

 

MONDAY AUGUST 27:        8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
TUESDAY AUGUST 28:         2:00 AM - 4:00 PM
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 29:  2:00 PM - 4:00 PM


Library Media Center

Please bring Laptop Care & Support Agreement signed by parent/guardian and student, maintenance paid for or Liability waiver signed by parents.

 Laptop Pickup Notes
  1. Read the Laptop Care, Maintenance and Support Agreement 
  2. Bring the signed (by parent and student) Laptop Care, Maintenance and Support Agreement (Page 4 only) to pick up with you.
  3. Read the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP/ISP)
  4. Pay the Laptop Maintenance Fee online (see link below) OR Sign and bring Liability Waiver
  5. Watch Intro Video which is linked in form.
  6. Submit form BEFORE August 30th.

At time of pick-up please bring:

1)  Verification of ONLINE PAYMENT (or $40 CHECK - made payable to Wayland Public Schools)
OR Liability Waiver - Signed

AND

2)  
Laptop Care, Maintenance and Support Agreement - Signed, Page 4 only.



FRESHMEN

August 30: At Freshman Orientation

Note: All 9th Grade and NEW students need to register and come with a parent.

 


All 10th - 12th graders do not need to come with a parent

TICKET LEAP - REGISTRATION - 1 TICKET/FAMILY August 28 & August 29

3:00 - 5:00 10th - 12th graders without a parent, but must have Laptop Care Maintenance and Support Agreement signed by parent & student, Maintenance paid or liability or financial waiver.

5:00 - 7:00 Freshmen & New Students (mandatory training begins at 6, with parent)

6:00 - 8:00 Freshmen & New Students (mandatory training begins at 7, with parent)

August 30 & 31

3:00 - 5:00 10th - 12th graders without a parent, but must have Laptop Care Maintenance and Support Agreement signed by parent & student, Maintenance paid. or signed liability or financial waiver.
