1/19/2012B132HDMI would not work. Had to jiggle ethernet cables in wall to get it to work. All cables are too tight, need to have therm loosened upAfter jiggling cables, it turned on. This cannot be a daily occurrence.

1/20/2012B244Vinny and Tony have been to my room several times to fix my projector and investigate my sound system issues. They fix the problem and then it comes back. When I left on Friday, my projector wasn't projecting and I could not get sound to play when playing a DVD from my laptop. I also tried playing the DVD using a mac from the icart, but same problem. I am currently using an old projector/DVD player we brought over from the old school

B246ASound cable out of MM BoxThis has been fixed at least 3 times, cables need to be loosened, so teachers have flexibility to move box a bit, everytime they move it it pulls out.

2/9/2012B142, B140when you turn on projector, cannot get computer to show, HDMI is plugged in, sources is HDMI, all cables are tight, except the HDMI in on the media master box. It was in, but not tight, almost like it would not make a click in box. Went to MM admin, and room shows "help". Tried bounce, on, off and nothing worked. Looks like connection to network because all white cables are lit. we unplugged HDMI from MM box, (HDMI in) and put in into box under table and we were able to project, in room B142.  We did nothing in B140it is a network issue.
